Working with the agreed property developer's bespoke schedule of works, our expert workforce ensures our quality work meets the high expectations of all parties involved.
A current project: Converting a large single-occupancy three storey town house into 3 separate and spacious apartments in a highly sought after area close to central London.
When special consents are needed from the local planning authority, we take care of obtaining:
- Planning consents
- Listed Building consents
- Conservation Area consents
- Freeholder/leaseholder consent
- Building Control.
With a shortage in the number of properties, and many others not fulfilling their potential, there is much building work to be done. For example:
- Interior configuration does not maximise occupancy level
- Interior room space potential not maximised – i.e. bedroom large but en-suite too small.
